Want to find the time to do stuff you really want to do? Here are my top ten tips, plus one bonus one, based on my own experience of finding time in among the childcare, full-time job, and the hectic-ness that comes from running a household. You can access the individual posts below.
Now available! I have created a FREE ebook containing all eleven blog posts for you to download and keep. You can grab your copy here:
By the way, if you can grab half an hour today – in your lunch hour, instead of watching TV, in bed, on the bus – great. Spend it writing down what it is you want to do. The write down why. That’s it. Simply WRITE IT DOWN. Then come up with at least one reason why.
I believe that you can break down any task, goal, dream, or ambition into manageable small steps, until you get to something you can do today. The collected blog posts in this ebook follow through on that philosophy. By the way, if you get to something you don’t know how to do then add the words ‘research’ or ‘learn about’ – now break that down! So not knowing how to do something is not a stumbling block – write it down anyway. I also believe in kindness, and not only being kind to other people, but also being kind to yourself. Looking after yourself is at the heart of the small steps method, and you’ll also find self-care is at the heart of this series of blog posts, too.
Here’s my series of blog posts on finding time to do the stuff you really love to do. Remember, you’ll find them all in the FREE ebook.
